Oregon
Oregon offers IECMHC through Every Child Belongs(opens in a new tab), the state's suspension and expulsion prevention program at the Department of Early Learning and Care (DELC). The Oregon Infant Mental Health Association (ORIMHA) coordinates the consultation. Educators get culturally responsive help that fits their needs: professional development, technical assistance, and consultation. Since July 1, 2026, state law(opens in a new tab) bars programs with DELC funding, and certified or registered child care, from suspending or expelling a child.
