Montana
Montana doesn't have a coordinated statewide IECMHC system that any child care provider can use. Mountain Pacific ran a pilot that served about 36 licensed early care and education programs through December 2025. As of March 2026, all 16 MIECHV sites in the state can get $10,000 a year to pay a consultant. Sites also join monthly group consultation calls, and the state supervisor offers up to four 1:1 consultations as needed. Head Start and Early Head Start use IECMHC and took part in the state pilot.
