So I'm hoping none of you are feeling this way right now, but we know that some of the folks that we support have some stress in the workplace. Maybe they're forgetting why they do their job, their performance is decreasing, their relationships are feeling strained, or they're a little more irritable. So us helping them to recognize, you know, Ms. Johnson, I noticed that things seem to be bothering you a little bit more.

When I come in, you're telling me about some things that are really, you said, getting on your nerves. Tell me more about that. What's happening? And just sometimes having that open ear as a mental health consultant can really change their day around and in some cases help people get the support that they need.
